My experience at Downtown Dental was honestly the best I ever had. The check-in process was so smooth and took less than 5 minutes to get seated and start my procedure. The dental assistant was extremely nice and patient. Mr. Shah was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explained each step and took time to get to know why I was there and made sure to address all questions and concerns I had. Truly was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist.
