I would highly recommend Downtown Dental. I went there for a cleaning , the office is clean and quiet and there was no long wait. What I like about Dr Patton is she is kind, very gentle and thorough. I also appreciate that she wasn’t trying to upsell me on any extras/ unnecessary work like crowns, Invisalign etc as I have experienced with other dentists in the past. I would definitely return for any dental care.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Shah and his team. Not only was I greeted with genuine compassion and respect, but the establishment was also extremely clean and tranquil. I’ve never had a dentist as communicative and patient as Dr.Shah, he walked me through every step and made sure that I was comfortable with each procedure. Dr Shah was very gentle, detail oriented and highly professional, he even pointed out a specific nerve that my wisdom tooth was interfering with and how to treat it in the future. This is the level of care I’ve been searching for throughout NYC, very few dentists will go this far to make their patients feel like family. I would strongly recommend his practice.

Dr. Patton has state of the art equipment, great bedside manner and fair rates. The office takes all Covid precautions you could ask for including contactless pay. Like all good businesses, it can take a while to get an appointment, so plan ahead, but it is worth the wait!
